The Mirkwood Rite

This piece is created for one of the class I attend in Winter 2023 - Composing for Chamber Music with Professor Gary Kulesha. I had this opportunity to write for a septet which has Flute, Oboe, Clarinet in B, Violin I, Violin II, Viola, and Cello. The Mirkwood Rite developed entirely on 8 notes, woven into various shapes throughout the composition. I genuinely love this piece and would be thrilled to hear your feedback!"
